Questions & Answers

How will I know when my roof is in trouble?

Most of the time, roofing issues are identified after a leak has caused damage. However, some leaks do not immediately cause visible problems. It is even possible for a leak to occur for up to a year before any damage can be seen. To overcome this hidden challenge, you must have your rooftop checked at least once every five years by a trained expert. You might observe many granules running down the downspout, shingles on the garden, or extensive deformation of the shingles on the roof..

How should I avoid roofing troubles?

Enact yearly checks that will reveal shingles that are destroyed or absent, surface granules gathering in the spouts, broken flashings, loose seams, and many of the other conspicuous warning signs of roofing issues. Inside the property, watch out for cracked paint, changes in plasterboard color, and peeling wallpaper
